Institute in the new COVID world
Adderbury Institute is now available once again to take bookings.
Due to the on-going
pandemic we can only accept bookings from people who can demonstrate
their ability to ensure compliance with the current COVID rules at
the time when they plan to use the Institute.
The requirements will vary dependant on the type of booking
you wish to make.
Before a booking can be assessed for acceptance we will need to see
a risk assessment for your event.
This document needs to be submitted to
firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the booking
The Management Committee for the Institute have completed
their own risk assessment to bring the building up to the required
standard for current use.

Deposits will be repaid for any booking which has to be cancelled
due to lack of documentation, or where the Institute Committee feel
unable to accept the risk mitigation.
We understand this extra hurdle to making a booking is painful, but
it is important we all do our part to stop the spread of the virus.
Please note that risk assesments are required for ALL bookings until
further notice. Bookings for the period after the
predicted "end of all rules" will still need to assess what common
sense measures will be taken and an assesment of how the booking
will be affected if the rules are tightened again.
